Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription any time from your account's billing settings or by emailing hello@fabriclens.in. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of the current period — you keep full access until that date.
2. Refund eligibility
- 7-day money-back window. If you used fewer than 5 credits in the first 7 days of a paid plan, you can request a full refund. Email hello@fabriclens.in with your transaction ID.
- Service outage. If FabricLens is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your billing period, we will pro-rate the refund.
- Duplicate charge. If your payment provider charged you twice for the same plan, we refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Credits already consumed by analyses, exports, or design generations.
- Subscriptions where more than 50% of credits have been used.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. abusive use, fake supplier docs, scraping).
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@fabriclens.in with subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account email, transaction ID (Razorpay payment ID or UTR), and reason.
- We respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Bank credit time depends on your bank but is typically 5–10 working days after we initiate the refund.
5. Marketplace transactions
FabricLens does not facilitate or hold funds for fabric / yarn marketplace transactions — payments and refunds happen directly between buyers and sellers. Disputes between marketplace users are not covered by this policy. Report fraud or fake listings to hello@fabriclens.in.
