Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using www.fabriclens.in ("FabricLens", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@fabriclens.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Credits, plans, and billing

• Each plan includes a fixed number of analysis credits per billing period (30 days). Unused credits do not roll over.
• One credit is consumed per heavy operation (analyzer, jacquard export, CAD upload, shade match, etc.).
• Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the period; renewal is manual via the pricing page.
• Pricing displayed on /pricing is in INR and inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or bypass rate limits.
• Upload content you don't own the rights to (e.g. competitor fabric photos for design generation).
• Generate hateful, illegal, or sexually explicit imagery.
• Use the Service to defraud buyers or sellers on the Marketplace, or to impersonate another mill.
• Submit false GSTINs, fake business documents, or impersonate a verified supplier.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Marketplace listings

FabricLens Marketplace is a discovery surface; we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders. Buyers are responsible for verifying samples and creditworthiness before transacting. We may remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of fabric images, designs, and other inputs you upload. By uploading, you grant FabricLens a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your inputs to train third-party models. The FabricLens platform, code, branding, and aggregate analytics remain our intellectual property.

7. AI output disclaimer

Outputs from analysis, weave detection, design generation, and shade matching are advisory. Always validate against physical testing before production decisions. We make no warranty that outputs are fit for purpose, defect-free, or production-grade.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance and infrastructure migrations may cause brief downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FabricLens's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or production downtime.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.
